چکیده

An analysis of the molecular and pathophysiological mechanisms COVID-19 is presented. The endothelium blood vessels, a kind “endocrine tree” lungs other organs in which important processes are concentrated, considered as target aggressive effects SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. Since main cellular viral aggression ACE2 enzyme, consideration its role line discussion. Coronavirus blocks activity ACE2, natural producer angiotensins peptides, thus disrupting balance hemovascular control. Under normal conditions this mission performed by ACE/ACE2 complex, enzymes that control synthesis physiological bradykinin peptides. Changes axis ratios cytokine stress associated with endothelial dysfunction number vascular disorders. STORM-2 concept proposed for first time. According to concept, cause severe organ pathology violation hemostasis, transcellular diffusion, maintenance pressure.
